Privacy Policy
We collect only the information necessary to process your orders and deliver your invitations. This includes your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely via Razorpay). We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing. Browse our invitation templates to get started. For privacy and security, Wedding and Birthday invitation templates get auto-deleted after 15 days, Other than these two categories, all the categories are permanent if actively edited; 3 months with no edit or update to the template deletes the site permanently. Wedding and Birthday invitations are also editable unlimited times till the auto delete date, only date and time cannot be edited after creation.
Refund Policy
All products and services offered on our website are digital and are generated or delivered instantly after successful payment and form submission. Due to the personalized and digital nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or returns will be provided once an order has been successfully processed and delivered. However, if a customer experiences a genuine technical issue that prevents the delivery or proper functioning of the purchased product, the issue must be reported to us for investigation. If, after verification, the technical issue is found to be caused by our platform and cannot be reasonably resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion. To report a technical issue, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 94230 74794 with your order details and relevant screenshots or evidence. Credit purchases are non-refundable but remain in your account for future use.
